Every one of my clients is unique, and that is exactly how I treat him or her. I'm proud to say that a high percentage of my business comes from past clients-from people who choose my services time and again. I don't measure my success by sales, but by the relationships I build along the way.

I have worked with homeowners that are upside on their mortgage. Unfortunately, bad things happen to good people too,so to help them  I work in partnership with a loss mitigation company that will negotiate with the bank to except less than what is owed, (that's called a short sale) that way I been able to help the homeowner and always get to my  buyers  great deals .

My goal is to make every customer a customer for life, so my job isn't done until you are completely happy in your new home.

I got into this business because I had the bad luck of having a horrible experience buying our first home. I thought , I can do a much better job than this guy because I care for people and not only the money I am making on the transaction.
